Our rental bond clean is refund guaranteed!
That means we’ll return to clean anything that we missed the first time around at the request of the leasing real estate agent.
The bond refund guarantee is subject to some reasonable conditions.

Seven days guarantee inclusive of the day of cleaning, That’s plenty of time to get the real estate in to do an exit inspection report.
All issues to be rectified must be clearly explained and photos provided. The move-in inspection report and exit inspection report must also be provided.
A reasonable expectation of cleanliness as judged by us. There is a wide range of expectations from real estate agents. We will strive to keep the real estate agent happy, and this clause is really just to protect us from the impractical and unreasonable demands that aim to take advantage of our guarantee. We may take into consideration the age of the property, natural wear and tear and the condition of the property when it was leased.
The guarantee does not extend beyond restoring the property to the state of cleanliness that it was initially leased in.
The guarantee does not apply to carpet cleaning. If we have been hired for professional carpet cleaning we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains and odours.
We cannot guarantee removal of long-term stains and build-up.
This guarantee applies to full bond cleaning of residential premises only. Where a property has been used for commercial or industrial purposes please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances. Where we have been hired to clean part of a premises such as only certain rooms, certain aspects of cleaning such as floors or walls only, or with an hour or spend restriction that only allows bringing the property to a certain level of cleanliness, this guarantee does not apply.
The guarantee does not apply to ceilings, external areas such as balconies, garages, external walls and windows, hard to reach places and any removable furniture and fittings.
This guarantee does not apply where the client has mislead or lied about the state or size of the property when booking the clean, where the client or real estate agent is abusive or aggressive, or where we have not been paid in full for the work within one day of issuing the invoice.
Does not cover damage, including damage from long-term misuse or uncleanliness, such as excessive mould build up or rust.
This guarantee is to return to complete unfinished or missed cleaning areas. It’s not a guarantee to refund a bond that the real estate agent does not fully return.

Remove and wash light fittings and dust downlights.
Clean fan blades.
Wipe down light switches and electrical outlets, door and drawer handles.
